Refund policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal You may return unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Before sending anything back, please email contact@nearyya.com with your order number so we can give you the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once we have received and checked the products, we refund the price of the returned items and the standard shipping cost of the original order within 14 days, using your original payment method.

Hygiene Exception For hygiene and health reasons, products that have been opened, or whose seal has been broken after delivery, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@nearyya.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with:

• your order number
• clear photos of the product and the packaging received

After verification, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, as you prefer. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

Pre-order Cancellations You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund. Full conditions are set out in our Terms of Service.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
