Shipping policy

Shipping Zones NEARYYA ships to Switzerland, the European Union and the United States. Orders for Switzerland are shipped from Switzerland. Orders for France, the rest of the European Union and the United States are shipped from France.

Processing Time In-stock orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Pre-orders ship according to the estimated date shown on the product page (see "Pre-orders" below).

Delivery Times Once your order has shipped:

  • Switzerland: 3 to 5 business days
  • France and European Union: 7 to 14 business days
  • United States: 7 to 14 business days

These timeframes are estimates. NEARYYA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs services.

  • Switzerland: CHF 7.90, free from CHF 65
  • France: €6.90, free from €65
  • European Union: €14.90, free from €100
  • United States: $19.90, free from $175

Local Pickup Free pickup is available in St-Gingolph (Switzerland) and in Paris (France). Select it at checkout and we will contact you to arrange the pickup.

Pre-orders Products marked "Pre-order" are not yet in stock. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together once all items are available. Full pre-order conditions are set out in our Terms of Service.

Order Tracking A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Taxes Orders within Switzerland, and orders shipped from France within the European Union, do not go through customs. Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on local regulations. These fees are paid by the recipient and are independent of NEARYYA.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@nearyya.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, with your order number (and photos if the parcel is damaged). We will find a solution with you: a replacement or a refund.
